  1. Automatically picking bags from the bag slot.
  2. Opening the bag and filling it with materials (solids, granules, powders, or liquids).
  3. Sealing the bag after filling.

Case Study: Packaging Chemical Powder
In this case, a client required stand-up pouches for chemical powder packaging but had limited factory space. We recommended the compact three-station horizontal pre-made bag packing machine. Despite its small footprint, it met the client’s requirements effectively.

Our solution included equipping the machine with a powder metering auger filler for precise measurement and a ribbon coding printer for printing production dates and batch numbers to improve traceability.
