Feature List
- The width and length of the bags produced by the tea bag machine are fixed and cannot be changed.
- For the multi-head weighing tea packaging machine, placing different materials in separate weighers provides greater accuracy when weighing multiple types of materials simultaneously.
- The pyramid tea bag machine allows for changing the bag width without needing to replace the bag former.
- The standard tea bag machine can package a minimum weight of 1g. If you need to package less than 1g, such as 0.7g per bag, customization is required.

- The touch part between the above machine and the material you want to pack is 304 stainless steel or food grade ABS plastic.
- Delivery time: 25-35 working days after receiving the deposit.
- After-sell service:The warranty would be one year. The damaged one (not include the part which is made damaged by man) can be changed by the supplier, but the demand-side needs to burden the transportation fee.
- The above quotation is not including the maintenance fee which would happen at home or abroad. If the demand-side asks for maintenance door-to-door, then need to pay all the fees which will be charged.

Bag dimension: W50*L60mm total weight: 4g with 1g inner bag and 3g tea.
We use adequacy material for producing our machines. The whole set of stainless steel frame for the machine is with thickness of 8mm (other company normally use thickness of 5-6mm only) to make the whole set of machine more strong and steady on the ground. Even during the vibration of running the machine, it will not influence much about the weighing accuracy and film pulling.
