Initial Wrapping

Unit Encapsulation

Crate Preparatio
A custom-made wooden crate is assembled to house the machine. This robust container serves as a sturdy external shield against potential impacts or compression during handling and shipping.
Insertion and Cushioning
The wrapped machinery is carefully placed inside the wooden crate. Shock-absorbing materials such as foam padding or bubble wrap are strategically layered around the unit to mitigate any vibrations or shocks that may occur during transportation.
Securing the Crate
The machine is tightly secured within the crate using fasteners and bracing to prevent any movement. All openings are sealed with appropriate materials to guarantee a snug fit and total encapsulation.
Final Closure
The wooden crate is thoroughly nailed or screwed shut, ensuring its structural integrity and tamper-proof nature.

Loading onto Transport
Using a forklift, the packaged crate is expertly lifted and loaded onto a waiting truck, positioned securely for the journey ahead.
Handover to Logistics
Finally, the packed and sealed crate is entrusted to an international logistics provider who will oversee its safe delivery to destinations worldwide, adhering to all necessary customs and transport regulations.
