Volumetric Cup Filler

  • How Volumetric Cup Filler Works:

Product Feeding: The product to be packaged is loaded into a hopper located at the top of the machine. From there, it’s fed into rotating cups whose volume can be adjusted to control the amount of product dispensed.

Volume Adjustment: The machine features adjustable cups that can be set to the desired volume to ensure consistent fills. This adjustment is crucial for handling various products or packaging sizes with the same machine.

Filling: As the machine operates, the cups rotate and pass beneath the hopper, where they’re filled with product. The rotation brings the filled cups over the containers, where a mechanism releases the product into the container.

Discharge: After filling, the containers are moved (often via conveyor) to the next station for capping, sealing, or further processing.

Cleaning: Given the variety of products that can be handled, volumetric cup fillers are designed for easy cleaning to avoid cross-contamination between runs.

An Opening and Closing door can be added to volumetric cup filler, to prevent the small granule product like sugar, rice, and salt leak from the cup.

Taking 10 heads weigher for example.10 heads weigher is with weighing and counting functions, can counting the granule product.The functions can be switched according to customer requirements.

  1. Product Feeding: Products are fed into the top of the machine where they are dispersed into a series of distribution plates. These plates ensure an even distribution of products to each weigh head.
  2. Weighing: The machine consists of multiple weighing heads (often 10, 14, 16, or more), each with its own precision load cell. Products are temporarily stored in a feed bucket above each weigh head, then released into a weigh bucket below where they are weighed.
  3. Combination Calculation: Once the products are weighed, a computer calculates the weight in each weigh bucket and determines the best combination of buckets to reach the target weight. This process happens very quickly, allowing for high-speed operation.
  4. Discharge: After the optimal combination is selected, the machine opens the weigh buckets in that combination, releasing the product into a package or a downstream process. The non-selected buckets wait for the next cycle.

To improve the packing speed, we can add the aggregate bin on the multi heads weigher.When the product be weighed, it will drop to the aggregate bin first, and then drop to the hopper.So it will reduce the time interval between blanking and bag opening.

Liquid Pump

Filling Machine Model Description:

Filling range 10-100ml, 30-300ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 500-2500ml, 1000-5000ml.

Difference between liquid pump and rotor pump:

  1. The ordinary liquid pump is driven by cylinder, and the rotor pump is driven by servo motor.
  2. Liquid pump, it can only be pure liquid, or liquid with some small particles. But the rotor pump it can not package that pure liquid, because it is mainly used in high viscosity of royal jelly, syrup and so on.

 

When the liquid pump weighs the viscous liquid, heating and stirring device should be added.

Powder Metering Auger Filler

There is a mixer device in the powder aigher filler, during the weighing process, the powder will be stirred to prevent the powder product from caking and hardening.

Chain Bucket

The chain bucket mechanism in packing machines is a system designed to efficiently handle and transport bulk materials or individual items from one stage of the packaging process to another. It works as part of an automated packaging line, offering a reliable method for feeding products into the packaging machine.

Chain bucket internal spray Teflon, can prevent products from sticking to the inside of the chain bucket.
