What can the D-86 pipe cutting machine cut?
1. Suitable for cutting various copper, aluminum, iron, plastic, pipes, and stainless steel.
(Note: Different motor speeds are required for cutting stainless steel and copper and aluminum.)
2. Precision processing of stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum, rubber, and special-shaped pipes. Diameters up to 55 mm can be cut with multiple cutters, 3 to 30 cutters per cutter at a time (depending on diameter and thickness).
3. Precision processing of complex, ultra-thin stainless steel and special-shaped pipes.
4. Precision processing of stainless steel and special-shaped pipes up to 50 mm in diameter, stainless steel pipes up to 1.2 mm in wall thickness, iron pipes up to 1.5 mm in wall thickness (the larger the diameter, the thinner the material), stainless steel rods 1-20 mm in diameter, aluminum and copper pipes up to 55 mm in wall thickness, and plastic pipes and rods. Cut surfaces are clean and burr-free.
