This relocation is a significant milestone in EasternPack’s development. The new 8000+ square meter factory features comprehensive upgrades in space planning, facility configuration, and production capacity, all to better serve our global customers:
1. Clear Zoning, Scientific Layout: The new factory is planned with four functional areas: R&D and testing area, core production area, equipment display area, and customer reception area. Each area operates independently yet efficiently in conjunction with others. The dedicated equipment display area allows for a direct view of the operation of our full range of packaging equipment, including pillow packaging machines, vertical packaging machines, and pre-made bag packaging machines, allowing customers to closely examine equipment performance and packaging results.
2. Increased Capacity, Enhanced Efficiency: With more space and larger inventory, coupled with an advanced production management system, production capacity has increased by more than 60%, allowing us to respond more quickly to large orders and customized needs, shortening equipment delivery cycles and providing strong support for customers to seize market opportunities.
3. Increased R&D Investment, Innovation-Driven: A dedicated R&D laboratory has been added, equipped with professional testing equipment and a research and development team, focusing on the technical pain points of the packaging industry, continuously iterating product functions and packaging solutions to help customers achieve packaging upgrades and cost reduction while increasing efficiency.
4. Optimized Experience, Upgraded Service: A dedicated customer reception and negotiation space has been created, equipped with complete visiting channels and explanation services, providing customers with a more comfortable and convenient inspection experience; at the same time, the after-sales maintenance and technical training areas have been upgraded to provide customers with more efficient services such as equipment commissioning, operation training, and troubleshooting.
