Looking for a powerful tool for crushing food and medicine? EasternPack’s high-energy grinder series includes both a high-energy grinder and a dust-removing high-energy grinder. Below, we’ll explain the working principles and advantages of high-energy grinders. If you’re looking for a food grinder, read on.

What is a high-energy grinder?
High-energy grinding machines are used to grind various types of particles into powder. The turbine disc drives the moving blades, which impact and shear the material, as well as alternately crush it through collision and friction between materials and between materials and the ring gear. They are primarily suitable for material crushing in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
Operating Principle
A motor drives the hammer disc at high speed, drawing in large volumes of air and creating a high-intensity swirling airflow. This causes the material entering the chamber to rub and impact closely with each other. Furthermore, the moving blades on the hammer disc and the supporting teeth on the screen frame further crush, shear, and grind the material, achieving the desired pulverization effect. Centrifugal force and wind power then discharge the material through the screen.
Core Advantages and Wide Applications – Why do you need a grinder?
If you’ve ever manually ground corn, you know how tiring it is. It takes about 25-35 minutes for one person to grind one pound of corn, and you’ll feel tired after just ten minutes. But a machine won’t. Our grinder series can reach speeds of 150-1500 kilograms per hour. Can you imagine how long it would take to grind corn manually?
The EasternPack grinder features a rational structure, smooth transmission, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. It also offers reliable sealing and easy assembly and disassembly. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it is primarily suitable for grinding low-hardness non-metallic materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
Advantages
- Strong crushing capacity and low energy consumption. It effectively crushes a variety of non-metallic materials (including those with low oil content, low sugar content, and moisture content).
- The hammer disc is equipped with multiple movable hammers. Driven by the high speed of the hammer disc, it hammers and crushes the material in all directions, ensuring higher yields and better results. 3. The hammer disc is equipped with a fan device. The high wind pressure generated during operation not only increases production capacity, but also effectively prevents screen clogging and reduces chamber temperature. This provides a wider and more comprehensive selection of materials that can be crushed.
- A pre-installed water cooling device removes a large amount of heat generated by production through water circulation. The high internal wind pressure also removes a small amount of heat, which together cools the machine and protects material quality.
- The built-in motor installation method takes up little space, provides a more stable center of gravity, and effectively reduces noise.
Operating Procedures
- Before each start-up, you must thoroughly inspect the machine. Ensure all connections are secure, there is no debris in the chamber, and there is no collision during operation.
- When starting the machine, check the hammer disc for correct rotation and reconnect the wiring if necessary. After normal startup, allow the machine to idle for two minutes before adding material.
- High-energy grinders are high-speed machines. Do not allow hard metal objects to enter the chamber to avoid damage.
- After adding material, allow the machine to run for several minutes before shutting down to ensure that the material in the chamber is fully crushed and no residue is present.
Maintenance Instructions
- Clean the crushing chamber and screen immediately after each use. If not cleaned promptly, the powdered material will become damp and clump, clogging the screen and affecting discharge.
- The grinder should not be rinsed with water; it can be wiped clean with a dry or damp towel.
- After prolonged periods of inactivity, clean the machine and disconnect all external power sources. Before re-use, carefully inspect the machine and ensure that no problems are present before connecting it to the power supply.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why do I hear unusual machine noises during operation?
Cause: Loose connections or hard metal objects in the material.
Action: Check and tighten all connections on the machine and carefully screen the material. - Why are the particles in my machine’s output larger?
Cause: The screen is punctured or cracked.
Action: Replace the screen. - Why is my grinding machine’s door leaking powder?
Cause: The door lock handwheel is not tightened properly, or the sealing strip has aged and shortened.
Action: Tighten the handwheel. Replace the sealing strip. - Why is the mill speed slowing down?
Cause: Feeding too large particles can cause the machine to jam, or feeding too quickly can cause an overload.
Action: Control the feed particle size and adjust the feed rate to ensure uniform feeding.
