- Packaging speed: The rotary bag feeder uses a servo motor, which is stable and high-speed. Depending on the type, weight and packaging material of the packaged product, your packaging speed can reach 15-45 bags/minute.
- Regarding coding, you can choose to use a ribbon coder, a steel stamp or an inkjet printer (TTO: thermal transfer coder cannot be used);
- Bags less than 150mm in length cannot be added with a coder; generally, the standard ribbon coder is chosen, and the inkjet printer is expensive, but the effect is the best.
- Customizable rotary bag feeder: According to the characteristics of the material, bag specifications and shapes, it can be increased to eight stations, and the following functional stations can be added: material push, exhaust gas function, down vibration, level giving bag, unzipper function, zipper locked, down side bag open, hopper vibration, dust suck clean. It helps you complete the appropriate, beautiful and clean packaging.

We use adequacy material for producing our machines. The whole set of stainless steel frame for the machine is with thickness of 8mm (other company normally use thickness of 5-6mm only) to make the whole set of machine more strong and steady on the ground.
