Our customized solutions
Before putting it into use, we customized the machine in all aspects according to customer needs. According to customer needs, we customized the appropriate Filling bottleneck and Filling range for him, controlled the Filling accuracy at ±1%, and the Filling speed reached 10-30 times/min, and added a conveyor belt (with edge) of 80 cm to the right side for final filled bottles.
In other aspects, according to the special needs of users to reduce the fuselage, reduce occupancy space, more convenient operation. But this customer prefers standard fuselage. Therefore, we did not change it for him. Stepping motor control and photoelectric switch control blanking are all standard configurations.
Since the customer wanted a more fully automatic packaging method, he hoped that the bottles could be automatically loaded on the filling machine, and the bottles could be automatically capped after the products were filled into the bottles. We suggested that he use a bottle sorting feeding machine and a capping device with an Automatic cap loading machine, but due to budget issues, the customer wanted to solve the capping problem first. Finally, we configured a capping machine for him, which sent the bottles to the Automatic cap turning machine through a conveyor belt after filling.
Tips
If you want to have a fully automatic filling line, as a reference, we suggest that you can equip a bottle sorting machine, an automatic bottle washing machine, a fully automatic filling machine plus an automatic capping machine and a labeling machine. The bottle sorting machine saves you the effort of sorting the bottles, and the bottle washing machine can make the bottles cleaner and more hygienic. After filling by the filling machine, the capping machine tightens the bottle caps, and finally the labeling machine puts labels on them to complete the fully automatic filling production. All you need to do is to clean the machine regularly to see if it is working properly, which will save a lot of manpower.
Of course, if your budget is limited, it is more common to only equip the filling machine and the capping machine, which will help you complete the most important work.
