How Does Card Counting Feeding Machine Work?
The card issuing machine automatically separates the single, folded and original products from the whole stack and conveys them to separate conveyor belts. They can also be counted separately to automate product counting, reduce labor and improve efficiency.

The error rate of industrial-grade equipment is generally ≤0.1%. High-speed models (such as 600 cards/minute) may fluctuate slightly, but it can be optimized through sensor calibration.
Daily cleaning: remove dust from the sensor and paper scraps from the paper path.
Regular lubrication: add lubricating oil to the transmission parts (such as gears and guide rails) every 3 months.
Calibration check: calibrate the counting sensor with a test card every month.
